1. The service
GetInvoicePDF ("we," "us") provides an API and dashboard that generate invoice and receipt PDF documents from data you submit. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and API keys
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that happens under them. Let us know if you believe a key has been compromised so it can be revoked.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents, to violate any law, or to abuse the API (e.g. attempting to circumvent usage limits through automated account creation). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
4. Billing
The Free plan is limited to 20 invoices per calendar month. The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and grants unlimited invoice generation. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in generated documents — you're responsible for reviewing documents before sending them to your own customers.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
