Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• The invoice/receipt data you submit through the API or dashboard (seller, buyer, line items, etc.) — this is stored so you can view your invoice history, and used to generate the PDF you requested.
• Basic usage records (timestamps of API calls) to enforce plan limits and billing.
• Billing information is collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We don't share your invoice data with anyone except as needed to provide the service itself (e.g. Stripe for billing, our hosting provider for running the servers).

Third parties we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Fly.io — application hosting and data storage.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no tracking or third-party cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@getinvoicepdf.dev.
